2 Years (Year 1 and Year2)

This is a vocational-oriented course designed to train animators in Hong Kong. The course is a two-year program taught in Cantonese, with a small class teaching mode. The course focuses on teaching the fundamental theory and techniques of 3D animation, aiming to cultivate students' basic knowledge and production skills in 3D animation.

The course consists of 18 subjects, with 8 classes per subject, and a total of 360 hours of instruction in the second year. The qualification framework level is 3, and the course is registered under the qualification register number 20/000409/L3, with a registration validity period from 26/05/2020 to 31/08/2024. The course is also certified by the Continuing Education Fund with the course number 32Z129133.

Students who have completed the first year of the Diploma in Commercial Comics, Illustration and Animation program.

The second year of the course consists of 360 hours in total.
Classes are held 4-5 sessions per week, with each session lasting 2.5 hours.
The class schedule is from 3:00pm-5:30pm or 7:30pm to 10:00pm.

The tuition fee for one academic year is HKD $64,800, payable in ten installments of HKD $6,480 per installment.
This program is eligible for Continuing Education Fund (CEF) and applicants can receive up to HKD $25,000 in subsidies. For details, please refer to the CEF website.
