Registration procedures and Rules for Rent

For potential renters, please inform our staff for making a reservation via WhatsApp and then make payment by Transfer to our account: Accounts NameHong Kong School of Animation & Visual effects LimitedAccounts Number747-025245-838
- Renters are allowed to change the date or time of reservations one time for free as long as you inform our staff two weeks before your reservation date.
- Should you have any enquiry, please contact us via WhatsApp at 9094 5867 or phone at 6505 8035.
- You can use the room 15 minutes earlier before your reserved time slot.
- Our college reserves the rights for the photos taken in the classroom for promotion use.
- No refund is permitted once the reservation has been accepted.
- Eating or drinking is not allowed in the classroom. You have to remove all rubbish and personal belongings in the classroom after use and make it clean.
- Charges on an hourly basis will be applied if you use over 15 minutes of your reservation time slots. (Even if you overrun only 15 minutes, HKD $300 will still be charged)
